According to Imran Sikandar Baloch, these restrictions will be implemented in different phases and after the set deadline, no facility will be given to any person without vaccination in all sectors, people traveling abroad and within the country, hotels, restaurants and weddings. He said that for public transport, (inter-provincial, inter-city and inter-city vehicles), Metro, BRT, Orange train travel, full vaccination will have to be done by September 30, while those attached to the education department (teachers, administration and Transport staff has been directed to ensure complete vaccination by September 30.

According to the notification, the first dose is required to be applied by September 15 for train and all national highways and the second dose by October 15. For all types of public transport and those working at terminals, the first dose should be applied by September 15. The second dose must be given by October 15.
Imran Sikandar Baloch said that no facility will be denied but vaccination will be directed, traffic, motorway, highway police and district administration will be responsible for enforcing and checking these laws.
