LAHORE: TORs for rallies, security and legal matters have been agreed between PTI and Punjab government.
According to the agreement, Tehreek-e-Insaf will cooperate with the police for execution of warrants, search warrants. PTI leadership has nominated Shibli Faraz and Ali Khan as focal persons.
On behalf of the police, SSP Imran Kishore will be the focal person. PTI will cooperate in the investigation in the cases registered on March 14 and 15.
Tehreek-e-Insaf will hold a meeting on Monday instead of Sunday. The administration will be contacted for the permission of the rally.
Tehreek-e-Insaf will inform at least five days before taking out the rally. Imran Khan’s security guidelines will be followed.
Tehreek-e-Insaf will apply to the concerned authorities for security. The focal person for dealing with security agencies will be Shibli Faraz. The agreement will be submitted to the Lahore High Court at three o’clock.
