According to details, the federal government has announced strict restrictions on citizens who do not get the corona vaccine, saying that strict restrictions will be imposed on those who do not get both doses by September 30, and restrictions on citizens who do not get vaccinated will be gradually increased. They will start to stop doing things that could endanger others.
The epidemic is slowly coming down, the rate of positive cases is declining, the fourth wave is weakening, and the trend is set to pick up in the next 15 days. Restrictions will remain in place as in other parts of the country, while more sanctions will remain in place in the other six districts. Asad Omar said the situation in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sargodha, Gujarat and Bannu has not improved. Therefore, the extreme closure in the said districts will continue till the 22nd.
He said that some of the extreme restrictions were being lifted in which intercity transport was allowed to be activated but the number of passengers in buses would be halved. Chairman NCOC said that educational institutions in these districts are being opened on the basis of 50% attendance and their classes will start from Thursday. Asad Umar said that in Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sargodha, Gujarat and Bannu. Dining will not be allowed, but restaurants will be open until 12 midnight.
He said that amusement parks and gyms in these districts would be fully opened for vaccinated people, only 400 people would be allowed to attend public gatherings. He said that the process of vaccination would be expedited and 40 per cent citizens above the age of 15 years would be vaccinated in major cities of the country.
He said that the government was in the process of procuring vaccines worth Rs 200 billion. Corona restrictions in the country would remain in place till September 30. He said that restrictions would be imposed on those who would not get both doses of vaccine after September 30. Stricter measures will be taken, including those working in schools, regardless of the sector. Similarly, those who have not received both doses of the vaccine will not be able to travel by air.
