The Balochistan Education Department has canceled summer vacations in cold areas of the province. According to the Education Department, there will be no summer vacation in cold areas while holidays in hot areas have also been reduced.
According to details, short and long term holidays have been changed in Balochistan schools. The Education Department has canceled short summer vacations in cold regions. A statement issued by the Balochistan Education Department said that schools in cold areas of the province would not have summer vacations from August 21 to 31.
Long school holidays in hot areas of the province have also been reduced by 15 days, the statement said. Annual holidays in the tropics will be from June 1 to July 31.
It may be recalled that the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) had said that the summer holidays would be decided by the provinces at their own discretion, after which Balochistan announced the summer but now the U-turn has come to the fore.
It should be noted that the global epidemic Corona virus has affected the education system all over the world while the education system in Pakistan has also been affected and for the protection of children, holidays have to be taken as soon as the Corona virus spreads.
