PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that members belonging to Sindh Election Commission are filing references in the Supreme Judicial Council against Nisar Durrani and are also deciding to bring references against the Chief Election Commissioner.
Former Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry while talking to the media outside the Election Commission in Islamabad said that they are going to launch a legal struggle against the Election Commission.
He said that the responsibility of the institutions is to maintain balance in the country. To this end, the institutions fail when appointments in this institution are not based on merit. To be inactive as an institution.
Fawad Chaudhry said that the confidence of the country’s largest political party in the Election Commission has been reduced to zero. The method was that the Election Commissioner himself would have resigned but unfortunately the opposite happened.
He said that Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are not represented in this Election Commission, which means that 70% of the population of Pakistan is not represented.
He said that in this situation we have the option to continue our political struggle on the one hand and to start a legal struggle on the other hand. Today we are going to start a legal struggle against this Election Commission.
Fawad Chaudhry said that Faisal Wada, a victim of ECP’s oppression, has decided that he is now filing the first reference against Nisar Durrani, a member of ECP from Sindh, in the Supreme Judicial Council. We are against the Chief Election Commissioner. Are also deciding to bring a reference.
He further said that this government tried to snatch the right to vote from Pakistanis abroad and introduced the bill in the house through a loot. This bill was a conspiracy to snatch the right to vote from 9 million Pakistanis abroad. Strongly reject the bill.
He said that Rana Sanaullah was trying to run the government on threats and the FIA was being sent to the homes of anchors, journalists and political opponents at 2 or 3 pm.
Fawad Chaudhry said that all the money that Imran Khan had saved during his tenure was spent by the present government in a single visit. Meetings, this proves that Pakistan’s political system is hostage to London.
Fawad Chaudhry said that if elections were not announced before May 20, then the situation in Pakistan could be even worse than in Sri Lanka. The reason is that the population of Pakistan is much more than the population of Sri Lanka. Don’t play with it and follow the constitution and law.
He said that if the decision of looting had been taken in the Supreme Court and the Election Commission, the political crisis in Pakistan would have been lessened but due to the irresponsible attitude of the Election Commission, Pakistan is sinking deeper into this crisis.
Speaking to the media on the occasion, Faisal Wada said that there is no precedent for the barbarism and injustice done to me, all charges were leveled against me except rape and murder.
He said that Nisar Durrani, while holding a post, took another government post with the help of political parties. He became principal of Sindh Law College and did not even declare it. His case is pending in the High Court. I am present, Article 216 clearly states that you cannot do this.
“I want to ask the ECP member from Balochistan to start listening to the song because the next press conference will be about him, and they are all headed by the ECP who takes orders over the phone, even against them,” he said. Preparing the reference, we are going to the Supreme Court with the reference and evidence.
He said that he would also share this evidence with the media, now we are going to submit this evidence to the Supreme Judicial Council.
