KARACHI: Sessions Judge Sharqi has issued notices to the judicial magistrate and citizens while issuing an injunction against the decision to conduct the post-mortem of well-known anchorperson Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
In front of the session judge’s court in Karachi City Court, the Judicial Magistrate heard the request of the family against conducting the post-mortem of well-known anchorperson Aamir Liaquat Hussain.
The lawyer of the family stated that the application has been made here on the order of the High Court. The judicial magistrate decided to conduct the post-mortem on the request of a common citizen without hearing the family’s stand.

He said that the police and MLO also examined the body of the deceased and said in their report that there was no mark on the body. Therefore, it is requested that the decision be annulled. After hearing the arguments, the court issued a restraining order on the request of the family.
The court issued a notice to the citizen Abdul Ahad and the Judicial Magistrate and asked them to reply by August 11.
