Prime Minister Imran Khan inaugurated the DI Khan Motorway, a 293 km long project which is an important component of the western route of CPEC and which will emerge as a business hub in DI Khan, North Punjab, South KP and Balochistan. Delivery to markets will be becomse easier.
According to details, the Prime Minister inaugurated the Hukla DI Khan Motorway in Islamabad. The 293 km long project is an important part of the western route of CPEC . 11 interchanges, 36 bridges, 33 flyovers and 119 underpasses have been constructed. North Punjab, South KP and Balochistan will emerge as business hubs.
On this occasion, Communications Minister Murad Saeed said that during our tenure, work on Hukla DI Khan Motorway was expedited. Motorway Police was deployed at 1300 km. Murad Saeed said that we have achieved the target of 5 years in three years. Roads built in the past are being completed fast and roads are being built at low cost despite the high cost.
The Minister of Communications said that we have moved towards e-bidding and e-trending, 2,032 km of roads have been constructed so far, make roads more, affordable and transparent. He said that most of the roads were constructed in less developed areas. Yes, it is not only our job to build roads but also transparency in the organization.
