Addressing the nation on February 2, Prime Minister Imran Khan announced a reduction in the prices of petroleum products by Rs 10 whereas due to Russia Ukraine conflict petroleum prices have reached the highest level in the world.
According to private TV, oil prices in the world market have reached the highest level in 5 years. ۔
It should be noted that the price of oil in the United Arab Emirates has been increased by 11%, for the first time in the UAE after the increase, the price of a liter of fuel has exceeded 3 dirhams. That is, it will be available in 3 Pakistani rupees.
It should be noted that due to the war between Russia and Ukraine, the prices of petroleum products in the world market have reached their highest level. As the product grows, so does the price of everything, and when it decreases, so does the price of various commodities.
A few days ago, the price of petroleum products in Pakistan had gone up by Rs. 12 , which had brought the price of petrol to Rs. 160 per litre , which caused great frustration among the people.
