PML-N gives green signal to PPP for the posts of President and Chairman Senate. According to the report, PPP resigned from the post of Governor Punjab after receiving assurance of constitutional posts.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman had expressed his desire to be given the post of President. However, the PML-N and the PPP jointly nominated JUI-F President Opposing the appointment of the state.
According to PPP sources, in proportion to the number of seats in the National Assembly, it is sufficient to give the JUI-F the post of four important ministries and Deputy Speaker.

Dost Mazari will be the Acting Speaker of the Punjab Assembly.
