Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Fehmida Mirza said that the Prime Minister has taken an important decision for the betterment of sports, it has been decided to celebrate the year of sports in the country, sports culture will be revived in all provinces including Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. The Prime Minister wants to take sports to districts and tehsils.
According to details, Federal Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Fehmida Mirza while talking to ARY News said that the Prime Minister has decided to celebrate the year of sports in the country by making a big decision.
Fehmida Mirza said that according to the vision of the Prime Minister, we will name this year after sports. The vision of the Prime Minister is to take sports to districts and tehsils. She said that sports in all provinces including Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. Culture will be revived.
The Federal Minister said that a meeting has been held with the directors of all the provinces. The DG Pakistan Sports Board briefed all the directors about the vision of the Prime Minister.
He said that the ministers have been directed to set up playgrounds in educational institutions and sports would also be included in the curriculum at the educational level. New talent emerges from the under 16s.
