Prime Minister Imran Khan decided to further improve the system of Health Insaaf Card and link the problems of the citizens related to it with the Pakistan Citizen Portal and allotted a special category on the Citizen Portal under the name of Health Insaaf Card has been released.
According to details, the Prime Minister took an important decision to further improve the system of Health InsaafCard and linked the problems of citizens related to Health Insaaf Card with Pakistan Citizen Portal. In this regard, the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit has issued a directive on the direction of the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister’s Office said that complaints could also be lodged on non-disclosure of expenses, delays and incorrect treatment, including treatment facilities and staffing in hospitals, and complaints on hospitals included in the health card panel.
It may be mentioned that a special dashboard has been allotted to the top officials of State Life for immediate redressal of grievances and the Prime Minister has directed that the Chairman State Life would ensure prompt resolution of the grievances of the citizens.
