It is to be noted that the swearing in ceremony of the cabinet members was to be held on Monday but President Arif Alvi had refused to take oath from the members of the assembly, due to which the government had to postpone the ceremony till Tuesday. He was “dissatisfied” with the demands of the government regarding the distribution of ministries and other lucrative posts, which delayed the formation of the federal cabinet. The Balochistan National Party (BNP) and the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) He had expressed his displeasure and announced that he would not join the cabinet.
Meanwhile, it is being termed as the first phase of formation of the federal cabinet and it will increase in the coming days. Political analysts from Islamabad say that the tug-of-war between the coalition parties in the government is going on and it will continue. It can be said that a party with one seat is also a candidate for two ministries. The situation is so bad that it will be more difficult for PML-N to run this government in the coming days.
