Balochistan: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced that the flood victims will not receive electricity for August and September, saying that the consumers who use 300 units will be given relief of Rs 35 billion.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the flood-affected areas of Balochistan and also took an aerial view of the flood-affected area of Sahabatpur, where he was apprised of the flood damage, relief to the victims and ongoing efforts to restore the damaged infrastructure. Informed.
He directed to solve the problem of drinking water in Sahabpur immediately and speed up the process of water drainage from flood affected areas.

Chief Secretary Balochistan told them that 128 roads were affected in Balochistan, of which 91 have been restored, there is a Rs 11 billion plan for the restoration of livestock in the province.
Shahaz Sharif said that after the Sindh province, Balochistan has been affected the most by floods, all the crops have been destroyed, the federal government, provincial governments and institutions are busy in rehabilitating the flood victims.
Talking about the relief money, he said that 25 thousand rupees per household is being distributed to the flood affected people, about 24 billion rupees have been distributed to the flood victims so far.
Shahbaz Sharif, while providing relief to the flood victims, announced that the electricity bills of August and September will not be taken from the flood victims, while relief of 35 billion rupees will be given to consumers using 300 units, 2 crores in the month of September. Immediate relief of 14 billion is being given to 1 million consumers, late charges have also been abolished for the flood victims who have not paid their August bills.

The Prime Minister said that he has spoken to the presidents of Turkey and the United Arab Emirates, they have said that they will cooperate fully, while 2 planes have left from Turkey with relief goods.
He said that the British government has announced to give 1.5 lakh pounds and we are grateful to them for the assistance received from friendly countries in this hour of difficulty.
The Prime Minister also announced to give 10 billion rupees for Balochistan from the federal government.
He said that despite the limited resources in Pakistan, relief is being given to the flood victims, politics will come later because saving the state is our first duty.
The Prime Minister said that steps will also be taken to restore bridges, roads and crops in the next phase.
