According to details, a PIA passenger plane flying from Islamabad to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, encountered an emergency situation during the flight. According to media reports, a cracking occurred in the side screen of a PIA plane departing from Islamabad for Saudi Arabia, after which the captain of the plane took emergency measures by contacting the control tower of Karachi Airport .
After getting permission, the captain managed to make a safe emergency landing at Karachi airport. According to media reports, no one on board was harmed during the flight and during the emergency landing at the airport.
It should be noted that this is the third incident of emergency in PIA flights in a week. Earlier on Sunday, passengers coming to Pakistan from Saudi Arabia faced severe difficulties due to technical glitches in the flight.
According to sources, the flight of the national airline from Saudi city Jeddah to Lahore, the capital of Punjab province, had a technical malfunction due to which the plane had to make an emergency landing. The flight made an emergency landing at Karachi Airport after getting permission from the tower. On the same day, there was a technical glitch in the flight of the national airline from Islamabad to Karachi.
PIA flight PK307 reported a technical malfunction. It was reported that the aircraft remained in the air for 21 minutes after takeoff. Due to technical malfunction, the captain contacted the control tower. A spokesman for the national airline said a technical fault had occurred in one of the plane’s navigation systems. The captain took the plane back to Islamabad for safety reasons.
