Islamabad: PDM has filed a reference in Election Commission to disqualify Imran Khan.
Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) has filed a reference in the Election Commission of Pakistan to disqualify Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan.
PDM filed a reference under Article 63 of the Constitution which has been submitted to the Election Commission by Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha.
PDM has taken a stand in its reference that former Prime Minister Imran Khan did not declare the gifts received from Tosha Khana in assets, Imran Khan should be disqualified under Article 62 1F of the Constitution.
Meanwhile, like the PDM, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf will also send the Tosha Khana reference against Imran Khan to the Election Commission soon.
The Speaker had decided to send the Tosha Khana reference against Imran Khan to the Election Commission yesterday and informed the PDM about this.
