Kashmir Committee Chairman Shehryar Afridi has said that Pakistan will continue to support the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine. The issues of Kashmir and Palestine are examples of the worst human rights violations in modern times. The game of genocide is being played in occupied Kashmir.
Addressing a seminar on the crisis of Palestine and Kashmir in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that the entire nation was united on this issue. He said that the Indian government was following the Israeli model in occupied Kashmir and the world should take steps to prevent it.
Speaking on the occasion, Azad Jammu and Kashmir President Sardar Masood Khan said that the Kashmir and Palestine issues are examples of the worst human rights violations in modern times. He said that in the Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir Indian forces and the Israeli army in occupied Palestine are violating international law and committing crimes against humanity.
He said that the thing to think about is that for the last one and a half years, Pakistan has stood by the Kashmiri brothers, sometimes standing up and keeping silent, sometimes turning off the lights and sometimes rallying in its favor. In comparison to Pakistan, Occupying India has given up measures like 370 and 35A and the game of genocidal politics is being played in Occupied Kashmir while at the same time Hindu families are being brought from India and settled there.
But Pakistan is doing practically nothing but standing with the Kashmiris. In occupied Kashmir, corpses are raised every day and houses are demolished without any notice but it does not creep into anyone’s ears here. Let’s talk about Palestine. Most of the countries of the world were proud and they opposed Israel but the rest of the world is not ready to support the Kashmir issue and Pakistan is not showing enough courage to free the occupied Kashmir from the clutches of India.
