The government is giving a subsidy of Rs 3 lakh for the first one lakh houses, while the government will provide 5 per cent subsidy for the construction of five marla houses and 7 per cent subsidy for the construction of 10 marla houses. 4,400 apartments are being constructed on 670 kanals in Farash Town, of which 2,000 apartments will be for low-income people registered in New Pakistan Housing, 400 apartments for slum dwellers and 2,000 apartments for middle class. Reserved for holders.
