KARACHI: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) rejected the speculations of increasing the prices of petrol and diesel.
Spokesman Ogra Imran Ghaznavi said that the speculations regarding the prices of petrol and diesel are wrong, misleading speculations are being made in the media, false rumors should be avoided in public interest.
It should be noted that there are rumors on the media and social media about an increase in the price of petrol by Rs 80 per liter and non-availability of petrol at the pumps.
The reason for this increase is being attributed to IMF’s strict conditions for disbursing loans.
