The Islamabad High Court, while dealing with the recovery request of the missing citizen Haseeb Hamza, ordered the IG Islamabad Police to complete the investigation and submit the report by September 22.
It should be noted that the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Athar Minullah, while ordering the production of the missing citizen Haseeb Hamza, said that if this is not done, the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), Military Intelligence ( (MI) and Intelligence Bureau (IB) officials will appear before the court to explain the state’s failure.
The case of missing citizen Haseeb Hamza was heard in Islamabad High Court, Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Athar Minullah heard the case.

The police officer said that the investigation is going on, on which the judge remarked that this court will trust only you, did the police investigate, where did Haseeb Hamza go? If everyone did their job, they would not have come here, the police said that after the investigation, they will submit the report in the court.
During the hearing, Haseeb Hamza’s father said that it was my problem that was solved, now I am satisfied, on which the court remarked that how can you be satisfied, at first it was not doing anything, no one is responsible. On August, the kidnapper’s father went to the SHO, after coming to the court, the police registered a case.
The Chief Justice inquired from the public prosecutor that what will you do about it now, to which the lawyer said that we will act on it according to the law, Justice Athar Manullah said that how many cases were investigated before? What happened to these cases? The public prosecutor said that we are only investigating this case today.
Justice Athar Manullah directed Additional Attorney General Manoor Iqbal Dogal to complete the investigation of the case and the IG himself to supervise the investigation.
The Chief Justice ordered that an inquiry be made on the matter and the report be submitted to the court within 10 days.
He remarked that the court cannot conduct an investigation by itself, IG Islamabad Police should investigate and submit a report on the disappearance of the youth within 10 days, and those responsible for the disappearance and neglect of the youth should be determined.
While dealing with the petition filed for the recovery of Haseeb Hamza, the court ordered the IG Islamabad to submit the report to the Registrar’s Office after completing the police investigation and calling for the report by September 22.
After Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s assurance in the Islamabad High Court, a major development in the case of missing persons came to light when the missing citizen Haseeb Hamza reached police station Shahzad Town with his father within 24 hours.
Upon his son’s arrival home, Haseeb Hamza’s father thanked Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Athar Minullah, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and IG Police Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan and said that due to the action of the police, I got my son back. went.
In a statement issued on the official social media account of the Islamabad Police, Haseeb Hamza’s father was quoted as saying that he appreciated the efforts of the Islamabad Capital Police.
According to the spokesperson of Islamabad Police, Haseeb Hamza’s father thanked the Islamabad High Court for its full support.
The statement further said that Haseeb Hamza’s family also thanked Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan.

He had said that this court will now act according to this decision.
Chief Justice Athar Minullah had ordered the Islamabad Police to produce the missing citizen in court by 10 am on Wednesday and said that if this is not done, everyone will be called and action will be taken against him.
In the petition filed for the recovery of the missing citizen Haseeb Hamza, his father Zulfikar Ali had maintained that his son was a laborer who worked in Leh.
As the circumstances show that his son has been subjected to enforced disappearance, the petition requested that the court direct the missing citizen to be produced before the court and take action against those responsible for abduction and illegal detention of the citizen .
