Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzeb has said that the process of violating the Constitution which started on April 3 is still going on in Punjab till date.
Briefing the media after the meeting of the Federal Cabinet, the Information Minister said that Imran Niazi was constantly violating the Constitution.
Maryam Aurangzeb said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is going to London, along with the Prime Minister, the party delegation of PML-N is going to London to meet Nawaz Sharif on a private visit.
He said that the process of consultation in political parties continues, we will do what is best for Pakistan and the people.
The Information Minister said that there is no consultation in PTI, only one person is heard there, in his party matters are run through stubbornness, arrogance and decision making of one person and the country is run on the orders of that person. I also violated the constitution.
He said that since April 3, constitutional officials like President, Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Governor Punjab have been violating the Constitution on the orders of one person and misuse of their powers is an attack on the Constitution of Pakistan. Cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.
The Information Minister said that on the one hand, the Constitution is being violated and on the other hand, bullying is also being carried out from above. In this regard, the Ministry of Law has been directed to take steps to prevent such violations. No one should dare to attack the constitution.
Maryam Aurangzeb said that the federal government will submit a reply to the notice of the Islamabad High Court on the issue of appointment of Hanif Abbasi. I will be presented.
Talking about the inflation situation, Maryam Aurangzeb said that the Prime Minister has set up a monitoring mechanism to monitor the prices of three essential commodities like China, flour and ghee and has full coordination with the provinces in this regard.
