According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the Line of Control and offered Eid prayers with the troops stationed at the LOC while praying for peace and prosperity of Pakistan. Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that security of the people of Pakistan is our responsibility and as soldiers we are proud to defend the motherland.
The Chief of Army Staff appreciated the morale, spirit and operational readiness of the soldiers, and commended the formation’s cooperation with the civil administration for the prevention of Corona and stressed the need to take all possible precautions to prevent Corona.
On the occasion, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that security and safety of the people of Pakistan is our responsibility and as soldiers we are proud to defend the motherland. The Army Chief paid tribute to the martyrs for their sacrifices.
The Army Chief further said that the great struggle of the brave Kashmiris should not be forgotten on this auspicious occasion of Eid, the time has come to end this human tragedy and resolve the Kashmir issue in accordance with the UN resolutions.
