The Federal Ministry of Home Affairs has announced Eid holidays from May 10 to May 15 across the country. The Interior Ministry has issued a notification for the Eid holidays.
The Home Ministry spokesman said that there would be Eid holidays for Eid from May 10 to May 15 and SOPs have already been announced for Eid.
This year’s Eid comes at a time when the third wave of corona virus is raging in the country and more than 800,000 cases have been reported so far.
More than 18,000 deaths have been reported from Corona in the country so far, while a small portion of the population has been vaccinated.
The announcement said that the announcement of Eid-ul-Fitr holidays from May 10 to 15 indicates the intention to restrict movement at the national level.
