The Additional Sessions Judge of Islamabad Local Court canceled the arrest warrant of PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana criminal case.
Imran Khan arrived in Islamabad in the form of a rally from Zaman Park to appear at the Islamabad Judicial Complex in connection with the indictment in the Tosha Khana criminal case, where fierce clashes broke out between PTI workers and the police at the toll plaza.
Imran Khan could not reach the judicial complex till 3:30 a.m. and meanwhile there was a clash between the PTI workers and the police.
Clashes also continued in the premises of the judicial complex, the effects of which were also felt in the courtroom. Meanwhile, the Additional Sessions Judge directed the court staff to bring the accused to the room, but later the request for attendance in Imran Khan’s car was approved and the SSP went to attend with the PTI lawyers.

Imran Khan, after signing his presence in the car, left for Zaman Park along with the convoy, when he was stopped by the police at the toll plaza and later allowed to go.
SP reached the court room after taking attendance and revealed that he fell down due to stone pelting by Shilling and PTI workers after which the attendance sheet went somewhere.
Imran Khan’s lawyer Khawaja Haris said that this SP is lying to the court, the court should record the statement of the SP. The judge remarked that this sheet was part of our record and therefore gave it to you.
Infuriated by the judge, the SP sought respite from the court and went to look for the attendance sheet. Meanwhile, Imran Khan’s lawyer Barrister Gohar said that Imran Khan’s signature on the file has been done by me and it has been made in the video, I sat in the car and signed the order sheet, people were happy when I came back.

After a while it was also revealed that the case file along with the attendance sheet was lost somewhere, barrister Gauhar said that I gave the file to the SP when the shelling started. SP is lying before the court. Later, the court accepted the presence of Imran Khan.
The Additional Sessions Judge adjourned the charge-sheeting process till March 30 while declaring the decision to cancel Imran Khan’s non-bailable warrant in the Tosha Khana criminal case. The judge remarked that at the next hearing, the application will be heard if it is admissible.

Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal heard the Tosha Khana criminal case in the judicial complex. Despite the end of court hours, Imran Khan could not appear in front of the judge. Imran Khan filed an application in the court, I am present at the gate outside the complex, my attendance should be taken.
The court allowed Imran Khan to sign at the gate itself. The judge said that once the attendance is done, then Imran Khan can go back. The judge said that he wants to end the current situation.
The judge asked the lawyer what do you think about the indictment?
Imran Khan’s lawyer, Khawaja Haris, replied that the indictment is made when it is decided to be admissible, the charge cannot be made today, the court has to decide on our request for admissibility, the case is adjourned next week. take
Heavy shelling was carried out to stop the PTI workers outside the judicial complex, while the workers retaliated by pelting stones at the police and breaking the windows of vehicles while allegedly torching motorcycles and a bomb disposal squad vehicle.

Efforts were made by the police to prevent PTI workers from other areas from entering Islamabad, but due to the large number, the police had to retreat at several places.
It should be noted that a non-bailable warrant was issued for Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case, after which Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal fixed the date of indictment on Imran Khan today.
Section 144 enforced in Islamabad
Section 144 is in force in Islamabad, which prohibits the display and carrying of weapons.

Imran Khan has challenged the hearing of the proceedings. In November last year, the Election Commission requested criminal action against Imran Khan for submitting a false affidavit in the Tosha Khana reference.
The trial court held that the complainant was admissible in the first four hearings.
After which Imran Khan was summoned in personal capacity in seven hearings from January 9 till now but he did not appear. Later, Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant was issued for the first time on February 28, and for the second time on March 13. Imran Khan had given the undertaking and assurance of appearing in the Islamabad High Court today.
