ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has approached the Supreme Court for life disqualification of deviant members.
Imran Khan has filed a constitutional petition under Article 184 III for life disqualification, in which the Election Commission, Speaker National Assembly, Secretary Law and Secretary Cabinet have been made parties.
In the petition, it was stated that the disqualified members will be disqualified for life and any member who wants to leave the party should first resign from the assembly membership as the members who deviate from the party are not honest and trustworthy.
