ISLAMABAD / PESHAWAR: President Arif Alvi has said that Imran Khan should explain himself about the army chief statement .
While talking to the journalists at the Governor House Peshawar, the President said that the entire army, including the Army Chief, is a patriot whose patriotism should not be doubted. No one wants to create confusion, the statement should explain itself.
The President of the State said that I am not trying to establish a national government but I want to bring everyone together. I am hopeful for success in this work. I keep meeting with the Prime Minister. Mistrust between provinces will end.
The President said that there is a better deal with the IMF, Pakistan has come out of economic pressure, other institutions will also cooperate now, I pray that the inflation will end soon.
The President said that social media is an animal that should not be given too much importance, it has to be lived with, it cannot be regulated, whoever speaks should speak carefully.
President Arif Alvi added that it is dangerous to tap people’s phones, but it happens all over the world, I am a supporter of e-voting, I have done a lot of work in this regard.
