ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice’s consultation with fellow judges to form a judicial commission on the attack on Imran Khan and the murder of Arshad Sharif has reached its final stages.
According to the sources, the consultation process has been completed with almost all the judges present in Islamabad, but Justice Faiz Isa and Justice Ayesha Malik will be consulted on Monday as Justice Faiz Isa is out of Islamabad and Justice Ayesha Malik is out of Pakistan.
According to the sources, the two judges will return on Sunday and hear the cases from Monday, the newly appointed judges are also likely to be consulted on Monday.
Sources of the Supreme Court say that after the consultation process is completed, the Chief Justice will reply to the letters of the Prime Minister, the letters to the Prime Minister will be answered in two to three days.
