Hundreds of people started falling victim to dengue every day in Karachi, but despite the deteriorating situation, a spray campaign could not be launched in the city. More than 30 people have been infected with dengue in the past 24 hours, according to official figures.

According to unofficial figures, hundreds of dengue patients are being infected daily, but despite the deteriorating situation, a spray campaign has not been launched in the city, while the city’s sanitation system is already in question.
On the other hand, the number of dengue patients in Punjab, including Lahore, has increased to a dangerous level. All the hospitals are overflowing with dengue patients. Fifty-three patients came from rural areas and fifty-three from urban areas.
In Islamabad, 2337 dengue cases have been reported this season, including 1441 in rural areas, 896 in urban areas and 9 deaths have been reported in dengue this season.
