The process of arrival of foreign ministers and dignitaries of Islamic countries to attend the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has begun. It is happening in islamabad.
The meeting will be attended by foreign ministers, delegates and other dignitaries of the Islamic world. Egyptian Foreign Minister Sami Hassan Shukri has arrived in Pakistan to attend the meeting. Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi gave a warm welcome to his Egyptian counterpart at the Foreign Ministry. During the formal meeting between the Foreign Ministers of the two countries, important regional and global issues including bilateral relations and bilateral cooperation in multilateral fields were discussed.
The 48th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is being held on March 22 and 23 in Islamabad.
Yesterday, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, while addressing the launch of the anthem of the meeting, said that the Foreign Ministers would also participate in the Pakistan Day Parade where they would demonstrate our national unity, professionalism of the Armed Forces and our culture.
