The Shahbaz Sharif government has decided to continue many of the projects started by the previous government. In the next budget, a proposal to allocate budget for Kata Bachao program and poultry program is under consideration.
According to a private TV report, the federal government has decided to continue many of the projects started by former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
According to sources, in the budget for the next financial year, it is proposed to set aside Rs. 200 million for the Prime Minister’s Kata Bachao Program, while Rs. In the new financial year, it is proposed to allocate Rs. 12 crore for the program of fattening of cuts while Rs. 129.9 million was set aside for the program of cutting of fat in the current financial year.
The Prime Minister has proposed to set aside Rs. 5 crore for poultry farming program in the backward areas whereas for the current financial year only Rs. 5 crore was set aside for this program. It is proposed to keep Rs. Crore while Rs. 107.2 million was allocated for increasing sugarcane production in the current financial year.
It is proposed to set aside Rs. 27 crore for increasing rice production in the next financial year whereas Rs. 527.4 million was set aside for increasing rice production in the current financial year. It is proposed to set aside Rs. 35 crore for increasing wheat production in the next financial year whereas Rs. 90 crore was set aside for increasing wheat production in the current financial year.
