ISLAMABAD: The government has decided to close down the NCOC . Dr. Faisal Sultan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Health, told the TV channel that the Prime Minister is expected to formally announce the closure of the National Command and Operations Center by the end of this month. The CDC will be administered by the Institute of Health.
Dr. Faisal Sultan said that a monument is being constructed at Shakarpariyan in Islamabad after successfully tackling Corona. Prime Minister Imran Khan is expected to announce the inauguration of the monument and the formal closure of the National Command and Operations Center.
On the other hand, Federal Ministry of Health officials said that March 27 this year would mark the two-year anniversary of the establishment of the NCOC.
It should be noted that the establishment of the National Command and Operations Center came into effect after the outbreak of the global epidemic Corona in Pakistan, which is headed by the Federal Minister for Planning Asad Umar.
