In a message to his Iranian counterpart, the Pakistani Foreign Minister congratulated Iran on the 43rd anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution and stressed the need to further strengthen bilateral relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
According to details, in a message addressed to Iranian Foreign Minister Hussain Amir Abdullahian, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi warmly congratulated the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
Qureshi further said that there are historical ties of religious, cultural and geographical commonalities between the two nations of Iran and Pakistan. The Pakistani Foreign Minister stressed that he was looking forward to working with his Iranian counterpart to further strengthen relations between the two countries to ensure mutual benefits.
It may be recalled that on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of the glorious victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the President of Pakistan Arif Alawi congratulated the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei, the nation and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
