Pakistani Interior Minister says 88% of fencing work on Afghanistan border and 46% of fencing operations on Iran border
According to our News Agency’s regional offices; Pakistani Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad said the government had taken concrete steps to protect its borders with Iran and Afghanistan.
He added: “88% of the fencing work on the Afghan border and 46% of the fencing operations on the Iranian border have been done to prevent illegal actions.”
“We are ready to work with the Pakistani army, intelligence agencies and the people to meet any challenge,” the Pakistani interior minister said.
