Fawad Chaudhry reacted to the decision of the Election Commission regarding Senator Yousuf Raza Gilani of Pakistan Peoples Party.
According to details, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that the Chief Election Commissioner made a ridiculous decision, the reason for the division in Pakistan is the attitude of the Chief Election Commissioner, so Pakistan’s largest party should not be walled off, if Fawad Chaudhry said that double standards of the Election Commission are not acceptable.
It may be recalled that the ECP had pronounced the verdict in the case of disqualification of Senator Yousuf Raza Gilani and MPA Ali Haider Gilani.
In this regard, the Election Commission held a hearing on the disqualification case of Senator Yousuf Raza Gilani and MPA Ali Haider Gilani.
The decision said that Yousuf Raza Gilani will remain a senator, the Election Commission rejected the PTI petitions, the Chief Election Commissioner said that the facts about this case were not presented properly, there is no direct evidence against Yousuf Raza Gilani. There were 20 hearings in this case and 12 requests were made to adjourn the case. The decision of this case was not safe even for a month. The ECP in its decision has directed to take action against Ali Haider Gilani, Fahim Khan and Captain Jamil under corrupt practices. The District Election Commissioner has been directed to register a case of corrupt practices against Ali Haider Gilani.
