According to details, Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry on social networking site Twitter reacted to the apology of the English Cricket Board chief for refusing to visit Pakistan and said that the apology of the English Cricket Board and the announcement of the tour of Pakistan is a great achievement of our position. Thanks to diplomats, international media and all the people, another conspiracy against Pakistan cricket failed.
It may be recalled that English Cricket Board Chairman Ian Whatmore had apologized for canceling the tour of Pakistan and said that he would go to Pakistan for the entire tour next year and next year the England team would go to Pakistan to play three Test matches and five ODIs.
Ian Whatmore said that the decision not to go to Pakistan was very difficult but on the advice of security experts he decided not to send the team to Pakistan. However, the decision of the New Zealand cricket team to leave Pakistan was also the reason.
