Federal Minister for Education and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shafqat Mehmood has recovered from the corona virus. Shafqat Mehmood said that minor symptoms and early recovery were undoubtedly possible due to vaccination. Shafqat Mahmood contracted the corona virus on May 25.
In a tweet on the social networking site, Shafqat Mahmood said, “By the grace of God, I have fully recovered and my two recent corona tests have been negative, after which I am returning to work from today.”

On Twitter, he said, “I tested positive for the corona virus. I am feeling better with minor symptoms. I hope to recover soon.” A day before the virus was diagnosed, Shafqat Mahmood told the Inter-Provincial Education Ministers He presided over the 29th meeting of the KU in which it was decided to hold examinations across the country after June 20 this year while giving a limited number of summer vacations.
The meeting was attended by all the provincial education ministers including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan and relevant secretaries. In March, the federal minister had tweeted that he had administered corona vaccine at a polyclinic in Islamabad. Several federal ministers and politicians, including Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan, have recovered from Korona.
