The Supreme Court had ordered demolition of Nasla Tower after which work has been started to demolish the top floor of Nasla Tower.
According to details, after the order of the Chief Justice, Commissioner Karachi along with the team reached Nusla Tower and again the help of manpower has been sought for demolition of Nusla Tower. Inside, the forest is being torn down.
Deputy Commissioner East informed Commissioner Karachi in a briefing that temporary arrangements have been made for demolition of Nasla Tower by manual method. Yes, traffic will be stopped around Nasla Tower and in the first phase, windows and doors of Nasla Tower will be removed.
Asma Batool said that we have already started the work of demolition of Nasla Tower but it was stopped due to security measures. It may be recalled that the Supreme Court has ordered immediate demolition of Nasla Tower and demanded a report by noon. Asked if this commissioner is eligible to become Karachi? The Commissioner Karachi, who was present in the court room, said that he apologized, to which the Chief Justice said that he should immediately go down the Nasla Tower, report in the afternoon, otherwise he would send you straight to jail from here.
