Demolition process of Nesla Tower is in full swing. Demolition of Nesla Tower in Karachi has been expedited on the orders of Supreme Court of Pakistan. The machinery is busy.
According to the district administration, demolition work has been started in the building from the upper floors of the 15-storey Nasla Tower. The district administration said that heavy machinery is also being used to demolish the Nasla Tower. Both labor and machinery are busy.
The upper floors are being demolished manually with the help of laborers, while the lower walls of the building are being demolished with the help of heavy machinery. The Generation Tower will be completely demolished in a month.
Muhammad Ali, a former resident of Nasla Tower, says that so far the former occupants of Nasla Tower have not received even 1 rupee.
It may be recalled that yesterday the Chief Justice of Pakistan Gulzar Ahmed had expressed his displeasure over the non-demolition of Nasla Tower, after which Commissioner Karachi Iqbal Memon reached Nasla Tower yesterday and resumed the process of demolishing and demolishing it. ۔
