The NCOC said the decision was made in consultation with the Ministry of Health and Medical Affairs and that full vaccination was mandatory for air travel after September 10. Part-time vaccination certificates would no longer be valid after September 10. The Command and Operations Center has said that early completion of vaccination is very useful in preventing the spread of the epidemic.
