Rawalpindi: Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rashid has said that a decision should be taken before May 31 or else the vehicle will be lost. Delays in political decisions can plunge the country into a political quagmire.

Sheikh Rashid further said that the issue of elections should be resolved through understanding or judo and karate. Talks are going on to hold elections, finalize it soon. Decide before May 31 or the car will be lost.
He said that just as the incompetent policy of no-confidence had ruined the economy, so too the delay in decisions would bring further devastation. There is no government in Punjab and there is a lame government with one vote in the center.
Sheikh Rashid said that the country’s defense and independent foreign policy depended on the country’s economy. Domestic and foreign powers are unaware of the ground realities. It is expected that one day the date of formation of caretaker government and new elections may be announced.
