Global epidemic Corona virus continues to kill 119 more people lost their lives in Pakistan today, bringing the total number of deaths across the country to 18,429, 37,587 corona tests were performed in the last 24 hours. A further 4,113 positive cases were reported across the country during the period with a positive case rate of 9.17%.
According to the details, the number of active patients of Corona in the country has reached 84,480 at present, out of which the condition of more than 5,000 patients is said to be critical. The latest official data released by the National Command and Operations Center. According to the census, the number of certified corona patients in Pakistan has reached 841,636 so far, out of which 287,643 corona patients are in Sindh province so far.
The total number of corona patients in Punjab province has reached 310,616, while in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa this number has reached 121,099, besides the total number of corona patients in the federal capital Islamabad is 76,696. In Balochistan province 22 thousand 776 corona patients have been reported, in Azad Kashmir the number of corona patients has reached 17 thousand 465 and in Gilgit-Baltistan 5 thousand 341.
The NCOC said 119 more people had died from corona across the country in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 18,429. The highest death toll in Pakistan due to corona was in Punjab province where 8,683 people have lost their lives so far due to the global epidemic.
In Sindh province the number is 4,678, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 3,423 people have died from corona, in the federal capital Islamabad 693 patients have died from corona, while in Gilgit-Baltistan 107, in Balochistan province 239 and Azad In Kashmir, 487 people have died due to the global epidemic.
