Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah assured Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman to remove concerns over the election results.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah spoke to the Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi Hafiz Naeemur Rehman on the phone and said that Jamaat-e-Islami should contact the authorities regarding the problems they have with the Election Commission, but resolve their grievances with the Sindh government.
He will try to remove any legitimate concerns regarding the local results of Jamaat-e-Islami.
Earlier, PPP Karachi President and Provincial Minister Saeed Ghani said that they are ready to decide the formula for mayor on priority basis with Jamaat-e-Islami, Jamaat has got more seats than expected in Karachi.
