Multan: A case has been registered against a spectator who entered the ground during the second ODI match between Pakistan and West Indies.
Section 452 and section 188 have been included in the FIR against spectator Waqas who broke into the ground during Pakistan’s batting during the match.
Shaiq Waqas Ashraf, who was embracing Shadab, was arrested by security personnel on his return from the ground. After the FIR is registered, Waqas will be remanded in custody and legal action will be taken against him.
A spectator from Wasim Akram enclosure saluted Better Shadab Khan, hugged him and ran off the ground. On the way, he happily did a somersault and ran towards the boundary. Surrendering to them, the officials took him off the ground.
It should be noted that the third and final ODI match of the series between Pakistan and West Indies will be played today, the national team has a 0-2 lead in the series.
