Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa while assuring security stability in Balochistan said that security, stability and development of Balochistan will be ensured at all costs. A briefing was given on the security situation in Quarter Balochistan and security measures including erection of fence on Pak-Iran border.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Turbat and was received by Corps Commander Lieutenant General Sarfraz Ali on the occasion. After spending the day with the troops, the Army Chief was briefed on the security situation at FC Headquarters Balochistan and security measures including erection of fences on Pak-Iran border.
A Pakistan Army spokesman said that General Qamar Javed Bajwa also visited Ketch and met the soldiers. The Chief encouraged the female FC personnel.
The Army Chief said that the army will continue to cooperate fully with the provincial government for peace and stability, the blood of martyrs will not be wasted, terrorists will be brought to justice. Pakistan has a future, the development and prosperity of the province means the development of the country, the efforts of the enemy forces to disrupt will not be allowed to succeed.
