Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that an agreement will be reached with the IMF this month.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif while addressing the inauguration ceremony of Green Line Express train service at Margalla Railway Station Islamabad said that outsourcing is the way forward in the present times, this is the model of today’s world, today governments are not institutions themselves. Chalats rather outsource them, see what is the state of government institutions and companies including steel mills in the country, what happened to the Green Line.
He said that the governments keep coming and going, Pakistan is standing on the road where we are trying to save each pie, looking at the foreign exchange reserves, we have made a priority list of imports, in which medicines and food are at the top.
He hoped that inshallah an agreement will be reached with the IMF this month and we will come out of the difficulties. It is a difficult time, but we will come out of these difficulties.
The Prime Minister said that he is grateful to the Chinese government. The Chinese government is committed to speeding up ML1. I wish this project and other institutions had not been subjected to baseless accusations in the last 4 years. It would not have been so bad, but the Chinese government and people suffered a lot from the baseless accusations of corruption against Chinese companies.
Shahbaz Sharif said that in the recent visit to China, the Chinese government gave a warm welcome, but the ice is melting now because the relations have deteriorated in the last 4 years, it is not an easy task to restore them. It is not an easy task, I am grateful that even in these difficult situations, the Chinese government is holding Pakistan’s hand, but we have to change this journey and make hard work a slogan, we have to work with selflessness and sacrifice, how long we will live on support of others ?
