Islamabad :
Prime Minister Imran Khan’s National Security Adviser Moeed Yousuf said that Afghan authorities are only blaming Pakistan, Pakistan can no longer bear the burden of Afghan refugees, if the Afghan people are welcoming the Taliban, then it is not Pakistan’s fault. ۔
Speaking on a program on a private TV channel, the national security adviser said, “We support talks from the beginning, the Afghan Taliban and sit at the table to resolve issues through dialogue and stop blaming Pakistanis.”
He said during the program that no one should think that Pakistan is impatient for anything, we are talking in our national interest. On the abduction of the Afghan ambassador’s daughter, Moeed Yousaf said the Afghan ambassador’s daughter had been abducted and had not been tortured.
He demanded that Afghan authorities apologize for the false report. The Afghan army is fleeing instead of fighting the Taliban, said Moeed Yousaf, the prime minister’s national security adviser.
Afghan officials are busy blaming only Pakistan, all energies are being used only against fake trends on social media against Pakistan. The National Security Adviser added that the burden of Afghan refugees could no longer be borne, the international community should play a role in this matter, no country is more affected by the Afghan war than Pakistan.
It may be recalled that in an interview given to a US broadcaster last month, the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan had also said the same about Afghan refugees. He spoke about Afghanistan during the interview and said that Pakistan could no longer bear the burden of Afghan refugees. If there was a civil war in Afghanistan, it would be horrible.
He said that the allegation of sending 10,000 fighters to Afghanistan is foolish, why Afghanistan does not prove it? Pakistan is not a safe haven for terrorists, it is a camp for Afghan refugees. There is no military solution to Afghanistan and a political solution is the only solution to Afghanistan.
