Islamabad: On the orders of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, a three-member inquiry commission has been formed to investigate the Arshad Sharif case.
The notification of the establishment of the commission has been issued, according to which the members of the commission include Additional IG Police Dr. Usman Anwar, Deputy Director IB Umar Shahid Hamid, while its head is former judge of Lahore High Court, Justice (retd) Abdul Shakoor.
According to the notification, the commission will investigate the murder case of senior journalist Arshad Sharif and submit its report to the federal government within 30 days.
Deputy Director IB Omar Shahid Hayat, who is included in the commission, is currently also included in the two-member investigation team that is currently investigating the Arshad Sharif murder case in Kenya.

According to the sources, the Pakistani investigators artificially created the scene and took notice of the whole incident in the light of the investigation.
According to the sources, during the investigation, it was revealed that there were no CCT cameras in the lodge where Arshad Sharif and his friend had dinner, while it also came to light that the electricity management in the lodge area was also done by generator or alternative system.
Similarly, information was also provided to the Pakistan Investigation Team by Kenyan Police officials.
