The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in a major operation arrested two terrorists belonging to the banned ISIS from Karachi. The accused received terrorism training from Afghanistan and wanted to spread terrorism in the country.
According to details, the Counter Terrorism Department in Karachi along with the intelligence agency conducted an operation at Mari Purnutrik stand and arrested two terrorists belonging to banned ISIS during the operation. The terrorists include Naseemullah alias Naseem and Issa alias Hakeem Luqman.
In-charge CTD Mazhar Mashwani said that two pistols with rounds were recovered from the accused. The accused had received terrorism training from Afghanistan and were skilled in handling small and large weapons. The accused Naseemullah is the son-in-law of the slain ISIS terrorists Hafeez Pendrani and Siddique.
It should be noted that Mazhar Mashwani further said that Naseemullah had married the daughters of both the terrorists. The daughters of the slain terrorists used to help in the movement of arms and ammunition. It should be noted that the terrorist organization ISIS appeared in Syria and Iraq and since then it has affected various countries.
