The Zionists ‘reluctance to comply with the demands of the Palestinian resistance and the mediators’ miscalculation has led to a possible military confrontation.
“Palestinian groups in Gaza wrote during their meeting last Tuesday about the latest developments and the results of Hamas leader Yahya al-Sanwar’s meeting in Gaza,” Palestine Al-Youm wrote in an article referring to the deadline set by resistance groups for mediators to put pressure on the Zionist regime. The UN envoy gave the mediators another deadline to pressure the occupiers to speed up the reconstruction of Gaza and lift the siege.
Palestine Al-Youm reported: “Palestinian groups are not satisfied with that and warned about the policy of procrastination that the occupiers have in dealing with issues related to Gaza and stressed that they will not remain handcuffed and will force the Zionist regime to submit.”
Palestine Al-Youm wrote: The Zionist regime’s military has intensified the siege of Gaza following Operation “Sword of Quds”, closing the crossings and preventing the entry of basic materials into Gaza, and closing the sea to the residents of Gaza, which has worsened the situation.
“The opportunity for Palestinian groups in Gaza to mediate to put pressure on the Israeli occupiers will not be of any use to Palestine,” Palestinian analyst Mustafa al-Suwaf told Palestine Today.
He added: “Disregard for the deadline given by the Palestinians to put pressure on the occupiers is due to the mediators’ miscalculations of the Zionists and their supporters, who believe that the resistance groups are weak and unable to face the occupiers. They must give up.
Al-Suwaf stressed that the resistance groups have emphasized that the mediators are too weak to put pressure on the occupiers, in which case the resistance will use pressure to force the occupiers to submit to the demands of the Palestinians.
He said: “Among this option is popular resistance and the resumption of incendiary balloons and other options that the resistance has for a military confrontation.”
Al-Suwaf said the resistance understands what it is saying, and if it is proven that the mediators have failed, then the resistance knows how to deal with the situation and what tools to use.
He added: “This is related to the accurate estimation of the resistance because the Palestinian resistance takes into account in the first place the interests of the people and their stability and life, and that their economic and agricultural issues are met.”
The Palestinian analyst continued: “The return of the Palestinian resistance groups to the popular resistance and other options if the mediators fail to put pressure on the occupiers will cause the occupiers to carry out their threats and target Gaza, which according to the equation The Zionist enemy has imposed it, it is not acceptable.
He added: “Resistance to its any course of action is a reaction and insists on attack after attack, which will worsen the situation in the region again.”
