On the other hand, the West, which has been supporting the conspiracy against the Syrian people for more than 10 years, has expressed doubts about the transparency of the Syrian elections, defending the most dictatorial Arab tribal regimes whose people have so far even won the union elections. The best answer to the controversy of the Westerners and their mercenaries in Idlib was given by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who said: “The elections proved that the Syrian people are free and the decision is not with foreigners but with these people.”
