The hidden message of the missile tests and the great maneuver of the Palestinian resistance to the Zionist regime?
Resistance groups in the Gaza Strip are preparing for a large-scale exercise that has already conducted many missile tests. Experts emphasize that the Palestinian resistance seeks to send strong messages to the Zionist regime in this way.
The Joint Operations Room of the Resistance Groups in Gaza is preparing to hold a major military exercise called “Al-Rukn Al-Shadid-2” before the end of this year; The maneuver aims to improve combat readiness and increase coordination between the various Palestinian military groups.
Al-Jazeera news network published a report on the dimensions of this maneuver and wrote that Gaza these days is witnessing significant movements by the resistance and meetings at high levels. The last meeting was between the Islamic Resistance (Hamas) and Islamic Jihad movements, which were attended by high-ranking military commanders from both movements.
According to Al-Jazeera, the purpose of the meeting was to improve the level of coordination between Hamas and Islamic Jihad and to inform about the improvement of the military capabilities of the resistance groups. Due to these movements and to prepare for a large maneuver, the resistance conducted a large number of missile tests on the sea on Sunday morning.
Qasim noted that the Al-Rukn al-Shadid-2 exercise will be held under the auspices of the Joint Operations Room, which is made up of military factions in Gaza. Therefore, such an exercise will send the message to the Zionist enemy that the situation of resistance is still favorable and it is able to defend its nation.
Resistance exercises and display of offensive plans
Meanwhile, the battalions of Izz al-Din al-Qassam held a military maneuver a few days ago called “Dara al-Quds” (Shield of Quds). Observers emphasize that the purpose of this maneuver is to show “offensive plans”. It was in the same days last year that the operations room of the resistance groups held the “Al-Rukn al-Shadid” exercise, which at that time was the “first and largest” exercise of its kind.
In this regard, Mahmoud al-Ajrami, a military and security expert, believes that there is a strong link between the intensity of the current missile tests and the active movements of the resistance in Gaza, with Hamas’ strong threats against Israel and the movement’s criticism of the Egyptian mediation. It is related to the Zionists’ slowness in fulfilling their commitments to reduce the siege and accelerate the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
